 They had just one left in stock, and put it away for me to rush over. I'd never been in before, and honestly had no idea they were there until today.

Arrived, was greeted courteously, asked for the pan, and then proceeded to get a much needed explanation of the differences between frostings and gels, and how to best use the pan I was purchasing. Every question I'd been struggling to find a good answer for elsewhere was quickly answered, and I was encouraged to face my cake fears and create something delicious and beautiful.
