French Bakery Products Details
The most recent bakery confection that Margaret made for us was my
birthday cake, a devil's food chocolate cake with a decadent chocolate
mousse filling and iced with a delectable vanilla icing. I requested
roses for the elegant but simple decor and a "Happy Birthday Beth"
written in cursive on top. Margaret made gorgeous sugar roses that made
me (a fan of real roses) delighted with the outcome.
After my birthday dinner, surrounded by family, the wait staff served up the much awaited cake (of course after the birthday song and blowing out of candles). Everyone exclaimed how much they loved the cake and more than one person went for seconds. One of my nieces had THREE servings of birthday cake because it was that delicious. Margaret's confections have never let us down - a delight for the eye and taste!
